Product description
The TS2 is designed for fast and flexible tube processing, with linkage speeds of up to 140 m/min and acceleration of 1.4G. Its intelligent chucks automatically adjust clamping based on tube size, while the system supports round tubes, channel steel, angle steel and I-beams.
Features
Intelligent Digital Chucks
The two digital chucks automatically identify tube size and adjust air pressure and clamping force within 2 seconds. The rear chuck also includes air and dust suction functions.
High-Speed Processing
The TS2 reaches a maximum linkage speed of 140 m/min, with acceleration of 1.4G and chuck rotation speed of 140 r/min.
Multiple Tube and Profile Processing
The machine can process round tubes from 12–273 mm and square tubes from 12 × 12 mm to 220 × 220 mm. It also supports profiles such as channel steel, angle steel and I-beams.
Dynamic Unloading
A follow-up flip board and two follow-up concave wheels adjust according to workpiece length, providing support during the cutting process.
Automatic Loading
The optional fully automatic loading system can complete loading in as little as 25 seconds, helping reduce material handling time.
HSG-X Bus Operating System
The system displays real-time cutting data and brings core operating functions together in a clear interface, reducing the number of steps required during operation.
Optional 3D Tube Cutting
The optional HSG-LA4 tube bevel cutting head enables precise cutting of complex tube geometries.
