The R3 / R3 PLUS Series combines a compact design with features for precise and efficient tube processing. Its HSG-X9000 Bus CNC System provides touchscreen operation, real-time component monitoring and tube cutting functions, while double pneumatic chucks support stable and secure clamping.
Features
Compact Design
The compact machine footprint helps reduce the floor area required for installation. It can also be shipped in a standard 40HQ container without removing the metal plate.
HSG-X9000 Bus CNC System
The 21.5-inch touchscreen provides a streamlined operating interface, while real-time monitoring and early warnings help track core machine components. The system also includes tube error detection, weld checking and a tube cutting process library.
Double Pneumatic Chucks
Front and rear pneumatic chucks provide stable tube clamping. Sensors monitor chuck opening and clamping to help prevent collisions, while front chuck ventilation helps prevent dust from entering the system.
KLINGE Autofocus Cutting Head
The KLINGE cutting head uses autofocus technology with an accuracy of ±0.01 mm. Its cooling system, protective lenses and flow control support precise tube cutting.
Automatic Loading & Unloading
An optional automatic loading and unloading device can be added to reduce manual material handling during production.
Short-Tail Cutting
The R3 / R3 PLUS Series is designed for stable clamping and minimal tailing, helping improve material utilization.
