How quickly will someone get back to me?
Enquiries that arrive on a working day are answered the same day, and everything else inside 24 hours. You are routed straight to the applications engineer for your material and region rather than a general queue, so the first call is already a technical one.
Can you cut a sample of my material first?
Yes. Send a drawing in DXF or STEP, or post us a sample, and we will run it on the machine you are considering at our Rabale demo floor. You are welcome to attend in person or join over video, and you keep the cut parts.
Do you visit our site before a demo?
For most enquiries we do. A site inspection tells us what your power supply, floor, extraction and material handling can take, which is what stops a machine arriving and then needing changes. It also lets us size the fume extraction and chiller correctly.
Do I get a price list or a full quotation?
A quotation. Power, bed size, automation, consumables, installation and training all move the number, so a list price would be misleading. You receive an itemised configuration you can compare line by line against any other proposal.
Can you support a machine you didn't sell us?
Yes. We stock genuine consumables and spares and we run our own laser source repair centre and cutting head repair centre in India, so a failed source or head can be rebuilt here instead of being shipped overseas, whoever supplied the machine.
What should I have ready for the first call?
The materials and thickness range you cut, your typical batch sizes, and the parts you are struggling with today. A drawing or a photo of a finished component tells us more than a specification sheet, and it is enough for us to recommend a power class.
