Product description
The Bevel GFA Series is designed for large-format and thick-sheet metal processing, combining high-power laser cutting with single-pass bevel cutting. Its modular machine bed can be configured for extended processing lengths, while the Alpha T Bus CNC System enables real-time monitoring, maintenance alerts and intelligent cutting functions.
The machine supports sheet metals and profile steels, with processing formats of up to 24,000 × 5,000 mm. P10/P20/P30 autofocus laser heads adapt the laser spot to different materials and thicknesses for precise cutting.
Features
Alpha T Bus CNC System
The Alpha T Bus CNC System uses network-based bus communication for fast data transmission and machine control. It supports micro-connection cutting, active obstacle avoidance, real-time monitoring of core components and maintenance reminders. HSG-NEST nesting software is integrated for production planning and material utilization.
45° Bevel Cutting in a Single Pass
The P10/P20/P30 cutting heads work with the Alpha T Bus CNC System to produce bevels of up to 45°. V-, X- and Y-shaped bevels can be formed in a single cutting operation, reducing the need for separate edge preparation.
Large-Format Thick Sheet Cutting
The Bevel GFA Series supports processing formats of up to 24,000 × 5,000 mm, with customizable processing lengths. It can process both sheet metal and profile steels.
Modular Carbon Steel Welded Machine Bed
The machine bed is constructed from multiple sections, with each section measuring 5–7 meters. The modular design allows the bed length to be extended according to user requirements.
Eco-Friendly Ventilation System
The ventilation system directs cutting smoke and dust towards extraction ducts beneath the machine bed. The bed is divided into smaller zones, with air dampers opening according to the cutting head's position to support targeted fume extraction.
P10/P20/P30 Autofocus Laser Cutting Head
The autofocus cutting head adjusts the laser spot according to the material and thickness being processed. It includes active obstacle avoidance, automatic cooling, optical filming and temperature and pressure monitoring. The head also incorporates an anti-pollution design and maintenance alerts to support consistent cutting performance.
